If my oxygen concentration is low, should I change the sieve beds?Changing only the sieve beds may temporarily correct the problem, but there are generally underlying issues which result in the failure of sieve beds.

How often should I change my filters in my oxygen concentrator?Maintaining clean filters is vital to the longevity of your compressor, sieve beds and oxygen concentrator as a whole. In most cases, following the recommendations of the manufacturer of your equipment is sufficient. However, in homes with pets or increased impurities in the air, filters should be checked/changed more frequently.

How long is Glenn Medical’s warranty on refurbished oxygen concentrators?Our warranty is one year and covers parts and labor.

What is Glenn Medical’s hourly oxygen concentrator repair rate?Glenn Medical does not charge an hourly rate. We have a flat bench fee of $59.95 plus the cost of parts.

Do I need a prescription to buy an oxygen concentrator?Yes, if the oxygen concentrator is being used to treat a medical condition, such as COPD. Glenn Medical does sell oxygen concentrators for non-medical use as well.
